We provide community counselling services for children, young people, adults, couples, and families. Our goal is to improve emotional wellbeing and make mental health support in Berkshire easy to access — no long waitlists, no judgement, just someone who listens.
As a newly established service, we are growing and adapting to meet the needs of the people we serve. Whether you’re looking for counselling near you, support for a loved one, or a place to talk about life’s challenges, we’re here to help.
