What is Counselling?
Who is Counselling For?
Counselling gives you a safe, private space to talk about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. You’ll be listened to by a trained counsellor who won’t judge you and will help you understand what’s going on in your life.
It’s not about giving advice — it’s about helping you explore things, feel heard, and find ways to cope or make changes if you want to.
Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place once a week.
