CPD (Continuing Professional Development)
We run CPD sessions for counselling professionals and those in training. These are designed to build knowledge, confidence, and skills for working with a wide range of clients and issues.
Supervision & Group Supervision
We offer regular one-to-one and group supervision for qualified counsellors and trainees. Our supervisors provide a supportive space to reflect, develop your practice, and meet professional requirements.
Workshops & Presentations
We deliver tailored workshops and talks for businesses, schools, and other organisations. These sessions focus on improving mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and offering practical support strategies.
